Key Shipping Guidelines:

1. Single Destination Delivery:
   • Each order can be shipped to only one delivery address, specified at the time of payment.
   • For multiple delivery addresses, separate orders must be placed for each address.
2. Shipping Timeframe:
   • We strive to ship all items within 3 working days from the order date.
   • In cases of high demand, it may take up to 5 or more working days to process and ship the order.
3. Shipping Schedule:
   • Orders are shipped Monday through Saturday, excluding Sundays and public holidays.
4. Courier Services:
   • To ensure fast and secure delivery, we only ship through reputed courier partners.
5. Order Fulfillment:
   • While we aim to ship all items in a single order together, certain factors such as product availability or characteristics may necessitate multiple shipments.
6. Damaged Packages:
   • If the package appears tampered with or damaged upon delivery, kindly refuse the package and notify us immediately at operations@coralperfumes.com with your order reference number.
   • We will prioritize arranging a replacement for you.
7. Invoice:
   • All shipments will include order details. If the invoice is required, please contact operations@coralperfumes.com with your order reference number.

Order Processing:

• Orders placed during non-working hours (Sundays and public holidays) will be processed on the following working day.

International Orders:

• Currently, we only ship within India.
• For international orders, customers in the UAE may shop at coralperfumes.com.
