Order Changes or Cancellations:

• Orders are typically processed within 24-48 hours (excluding weekends and holidays). Processing time may vary based on product availability.

7. Payment

• Payments can be made online using secure payment methods. Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available for Indian orders.

8. Pre-Orders

9. Return and Refund Policy

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for defective or damaged perfumes only. Returns are not accepted under the following conditions:

1. The product is not in its original packaging.
2. The product has been used.
3. The perfume quantity in the bottle has decreased.
4. Products marked as non-returnable/non-refundable.

Refunds are not offered. Replacements of the same product or another product of equivalent value will be provided.
